The Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association (IAPA) is a non-profit trade association composed of Hot Mix Asphalt producers (and affiliated companies) serving the Illinois market.
IAPA assists members in research, technical specifications, environmental issues, education, promotion, government relations, and other related fields. And works closely with other state and national associations on common issues.
